1. What this is

Kinetiq Brief is an informational and educational portfolio-analytics tool operated by NeuralKinetiq UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Frankfurt am Main. It is currently in an invite-only beta: features may change, break or disappear, and availability is not guaranteed.

2. Not financial advice

Kinetiq Brief does not provide investment advice, portfolio management, or recommendations to buy, sell or hold any asset. All analytics, briefings and calculations are informational, based on data and assumptions you provide. Investment decisions and their consequences are yours alone. If you need advice, consult a licensed adviser.

3. Data quality

Market data may be delayed, estimated or incomplete; each value shows its data status and timestamp. Parts of briefings are AI-generated from cited sources and may contain errors — verify before relying on them. During beta, no accuracy or availability warranty is given.

4. Free during beta

All plans are free of charge during the beta. Paid subscriptions, if introduced, will require your explicit sign-up under separate terms communicated in advance. No beta feature obligates you to pay later.

5. Your account

One account per person; keep your credentials safe; don't abuse the service (scraping, reselling data, attacking the infrastructure). We may suspend accounts that do. You can delete your account and all data at any time in Settings → Privacy.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by German law, liability for the free beta is limited to intent and gross negligence; liability for slight negligence exists only for breach of essential contractual duties and is capped at foreseeable, typical damage. Nothing here limits liability for injury to life, body or health.

7. Data protection

Data handling is described in the Kinetiq Brief Privacy Notice and the site's Datenschutzerklärung.

8. Changes; governing law

We may update these beta terms; material changes will be announced in-product. German law applies; mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
